As a nutritionist I look at your individual dietary needs, your personal goals and concerns and build an easy to follow list of personalized recommendation OR build a personalized program that works for you. We build a lifestyle that suits you best.  My area of focus is weight loss, digestive health – bloating, IBS, indigestion – positive strategic planning, and recipe development using whole and nutrient-dense foods. Healthy food should leave you feeling energized, and taste so good you will want to bring it to a dinner party. Or, keep it for yourself and family at home. 😉

WE MEET – 15 minutes
We meet via phone or online via Skype or Google Hangouts and discuss your concerns and goals.

In the first session we will determine a personalized plan for you, set achievable goals and you will receive personalized recommendations and recipes to help achieve your health goals.

FOLLOW-UP SESSION – 30 minutes
In this session we will look at and celebrate your accomplishments and make any needed adjustments. This session may included further recommendations, recipes to keep you on track.

-1 session (1 X 1 hr one on one consultation & personalized recommendations) $135
-3 session package (1 X 1 hr one on one consultation, 2 X 30 min follow up consultations & personalized plan) $200
-5 session package (1 X 1 hr one on one consultation, 4 X 30 min follow up consultations & personalized plan) $350
